It's hit and miss here. Sometimes it's cooked properly and sometimes it's undercooked. I don't understand putting toppings under the cheese; toppings must go on top of the cheese or they are raw!! Also, it seems when you buy the specials they hold off on the toppings; shouldn't be that way. You're rolling the dice when you order from here. 2.5 stars.

I been there couple of days ago to I guess it was Victoria Day long weekend.The location was simply packed but I meet the guy named Aman took my order was awesome! He was very humble,polite at a same time amazingly professional. I came across a lot of pizza stores in London, Toronto but Aman is the best guy I ever had. Since then Wonderland location is my go to location. Aman deserves a raise. Kudos to him !!!!!!!!

No stars for this Pizza Hut (unfortunately). We called at 22:20 to order a large pizza so we could get 2 mediums for $5. each. The gentleman on the phone was very polite but he said that they can’t make any large pizzas for the rest of the night!!!! So, we weren’t able to order the 5 bucks 5 bucks deal that’s advertised everywhere!!!Signed:A very disappointed family on family fun night.

This location is the worst!! unfortunately I keep going back but same old s#!t they are always soooo late delivering and they just don’t care I try calling after an hour late it shouldn’t take 2.5 hrs to deliver a pizza 5 mins away and it’s every time. Don’t order here or you will starve

Was told 45 min and it shows up in 30. That's awesome driver earned a star and a tip. The product I recieved on the other hand. Both pizzas were dry as a rock with no sauce on them, they seemed old. The breadsticks felt and tasted old/stale. The Cinnabon we had was fresh and great, but y'know that's the only thing pizza hut doesn't make. Never going to order pizza hut again. The driver saved you from a 1 star.

Now I remember why I never spend my money here anymore. It took literally ten minutes to place a pick up order. When I arrived, staff is doing everything but serving and making pizza and then I discovered they've completely lost my order. Save your frustration, time and money, eat anywhere else. I hope this place goes out of business.

Need big time customer service training, number of times i have dealt with them is they are always late on delivering pizza. Half of the time they are just offering discounts to compensate but not working on how they can improve.The front guy is just always on call while working. Hardly even attending the customer for 10 mins waiting at front even if the order was already ready.PRIORITIZE YOUR TASKS MAN!!

For one, someone who understands what you’re saying on the phone would be great! I specifically asked if the large Ceaser salad feeds 1 or 2 people and she responded “yah”.I also asked for extra sauce on my Alfredo chicken pasta…not only did it not have extra sauce, it was more dry than their standard one.This is the second time this happens…I give up. I’ll just pay the extra and get my pasta from Boston pizza.
